Apply contrast bath. Heel raise Toes raise Roll the foot arch. Get the footrub massage.

Go for contrast bath. Start with hot water fomentation. Dip for 3 min in hot water, then cold water formentation for 1 min. Follow the process for 10-15 minutes. After this, calf stretches and plantar fascia stretches. Thrice each. If still, there is no relief, you can visit us for proper treatment of the same. We shall examine your gait, some abnormality in the heel positioning might be the reason of your pain at a particular point on heel. It could be a condition called as Plantar fasciitis.. Start with Hot Water Fomentation i.e dip your leg in Luke warm hot water for 15-20 mins.. Do calf muscle stretching exercises twice a day for 20 count & repeat it 3 times..
