Homocysteine
I have homocysteine level of 29.9 mcmol/L According to thyrocare. Is it higher than normal? Also my 25-OH Vitamin D is 7.01ng/ml. please suggest maintaining normal levels of vitamin D

Vit D is definitely low, consuming milk , more exposure to sunshine increases vit d Can take calcitriol sachet once a week for 8 weeks, and then repeat test.
