How i can change my legs shape
My legs is very thin , my height is 5'7" and weight is 62 kg , but the problem is that my legs looks very thin as my friends tolds me. How i can improve it???

Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises Walking daily two times Non veg paneer egg milk and milk products soyabean dal chana and butter ghee dry fruits. I need proper information like urs medical history Family history etc.
