Hi Pepper is very good but should be taken in moderation and not everyday as too much of anything is all not necessary for our system... In case of cold , cold weather conditions etc taking pepper is good not doubt... but in normal scenario taking pepper daily is not recommended... as too much of eating it may cause over heating to body...
Next Steps
Consume pepper when there’s any bodily condition associated with it or if the outside weathers are way too cold... So better have it in moderation....
Health Tips
You can have about 2 to 5 peppercorns made as a decoction when there’s a condition .... Please don’t have daily just because you feel it good... trying having them occasionally or when in a condition of cold, sore throat etc or outside weather/ climatic conditions...
