I tried calculating maintenance calories using Harris Benedict equation and katch mcardel equation ,both of them had a huge difference ,plus even if I take Harris Benedict equation to be accurate,It showed same calories for an 87kg 14% body fat person and a 87kg 35% body fat person which I think can't be true.should I follow Harris or katch?I am 87kg, 30-35% bodyfat, 19 year old,178.5cm height,I go to gym 6 days a week.
