Hi Age not mentioned, but as per your weight and height your BMi is ideal I,e 19.2..and falls under normal window , but you can gain little more weight as the bmi cut-off for normal is still to the limit of 22.9..so you can gain your weight to that limit.. Having balanced diet , nuts, bananas all varieties especially the red ones, all seasonal fruits and veggies, milk shakes, juices, healthy soups , chicken, oily fish or sea fish, milk and milk products, lentils and legumes of all varieties,. More water 8 to 10 glasses per day, healthy lifestyle , exposure to sun morning or evening etc... Thankyou

Hi I can surely help you in gaining weight but not over here without knowing the details about you. I can only provide you tips and not personalized. To gain weight you need to follow a high protein high calorie diet plan. For a while you can follow following weight gain tips which may help you to some extent but for proper result you need to follow a personalized plan. > Eat more calories than you body burns > Eat plenty of protein > Fill up on plenty of carbs and fat and eat at least three times per day > Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get enough calories. > Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. > Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high quality protein and calories > Use bigger plates. Definitely use large please if you are trying to get in more calories as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. > Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth. Disclaimer : Tip may vary if u suffering from any other medical issues If you wanna consult with me you can opt for a personal chat option or call me or what's app me at the number mentioned on my Practo profile.

Hi, Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy .Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis, Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk, curd,Paneer, Meat,Fish,Eggs etc. Include essential fats like Almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help.
