Balanced meal is most important with Eating in every 2 - 3 hours interval. Eating Calorie dense foods can be helpful but yes with adequate proteins & good nutrition.
Eating small meals in smaller intervals but these meals should be calorie dense
Like chikki, nutri bars, banana, etc
