How to increase breast milk
Baby is 1 month old and breast milk is not sufficient for her. Please someone suggest medicine for increasing breast milk

Take plenty of fluids and milk products in your diet.Include poppy seeds,til, coconut,bajra,aliv seeds in your daily diet. Take plenty of green veggies and pulses/dals in each meal.Take healthy fats from ghee and nuts.

Add cumin seeds in ur diet early morning. And add green dal,lots of milk ,peepal,in ur diet . Take proper diet for that contact me for detailed conversation through practo u will get good results definately.

Hi You can add protinex supplements in your diet twice in a day with milk morning before breakfast and at 5pm .
