How to loose weight
I'm 87kgs - height-5"7 ft Age 24 No problem just wanted to loose weight gradually around 10kgs to be fit currently I'm doing workout in the morning and having proper diet plan

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, few tips to loose weight are: Have 5-6 small and frequent meals instead of 3 heavy meals in a day.Include fruits, vegetables and salads in your diet. Reduce carbs and fat ( rice, potatoes, bananas, breads, butter, ghee, junk foods like pizza, burgers, maggi, pasta, sweets , chocolates, etc)
