Hello, Weight loss is a process & it has to be done the right way to ensure it is sustainable & long-lasting. Along with the activity what goes into your system is also important. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your routine, lifestyle, eating habits, medications, sleep, stress, etc. This helps in understanding the gap areas & guiding you accordingly. As a start you can follow the guidelines below - 1. Never skip meals & eat balanced meals 2. Ensure intake of two fruits throughout the day preferably mid-meals 3. Incorporate protein rich foods such as dals, sprouts, pulses, low fat milk & milk products in every meal 4. Continue with the exercise 5. Drink 2-3 liters of water every day 6. Avoid refined flour, sweets, sugar, fried foods, junk foods, etc.
