Hie all, my ht is 6 ft nd I weigh 105kgs. everyday I am going to gym but no use. Realised that Only if we have a proper diet control we will reduce. So, for my height ideal wt is around 85 kgs. Kindly,help me wd diet tips 2 reach my ideal wt. Thanks in advance.

Hi - you v to follow low calorie diet plan & Exercises simultaneously. only diet u can not get health or healthy body. stop all fast ,junk more whole grains, brown breads, whole wheat products. more fibres,fluids, no spices more vegetables,fruits,no dry fruits, trans fats..

Hello....diet tips for weight loss.
1. Stop tea, coffee or any drink containing sugar or glucose.
2. Have only three meals and try not to have anything in between....if you feel hungry in between just keep this options....milk without sugar, sprouts, salads, egg whites clear soups, buttermilk and low glycemic fruits.
3. Bakery items and junk foods are very high in calories.... Try to avoid it.
For proper guidance you need to provide detail eating pattern and physical activity pattern.
Hope you are doing your exercises properly and regularly.
