How to reduce thighs and hip
Hi , I've been a sports player from schooling for 12 years . Now I'm 23 as I stopped my sports activities. I've become little fat. My thighs and legs are big compared to hands . My cheeks too. What's the diet to be followed to reduce my fat. Can't able to wear jeans and shorts tops as my legs are big. Please provide a solution.
