How to sustain muscle even during cardio
How to maintain muscles while doing cardio at the same time , I am a zumba Instructor I teach zumba thrice a week and do weight Training thrice  or 4 days a week too , My question is Should I follow high carb diet ( optimum protein and low fats)  during zumba and weight Training  days and do low carb during rest days ( high protein and low fat) . Can I still build muscle with lean bulking , I am actually confused to which diet should I follow with Regards

Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30% exercise are good for weight loss. Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk(300)ml daily Curd or paneer made up from the single toned milk Use oilive oil, rice bran oil, saffola , mustard oil etc in cooking Drink 8-10 glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, arbhi , zimikand, etc Avoid pickles and papad Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned, tinned food products etc
