In world population how many peoples are hsv 1 positive..WHO Says 3.7 billion people are infected hsv1 virus..this is true..?..Iam also infected Hsv 1 virua...I am not talking any medicine for herpes...I need treatment or not..

No need to worry. It just means hsv is latent . Doesn't mean active disease. Dont test again. No need treatment if no active symptoms. Conversation to hiv doesn't happen. Both are different viruses.
