I am bulking up for bodybuilding
I am on a bulking diet I drink 3 litre s of milk 8 bananas 13 eggs 100 grams dry fruits 2 apples and 5 litres of water with electrolytes breakfast lunch dinner 2 cheese sandwich honey per day I am think of adding 2 kg chickenmy weight is 70 kg I want to increase​ my weight to 100 kg can it cause health problem
