I never loose weight. I am 26 and my weight is around 90. My height is 177 cm.
I take very less sugar, minimal oil, and usually follow normal diet.
Yea I exercise less.

Hi dear eating correct food at correct time is important so make sure you don't eat too much of chapati and other cereals too.
Also make sure you eat lots of salads and fruit.
Exercise should last up-to 45-60 Minutes.
