I am 38 year lady my my weight is not losing after heavy workout and I only ate 3 chapatis in a day and and coffee two times in a day and one bowl of curd only or sometime I eat 3 fruits in a day also and I walk around 2 kilometres in a day but I am not losing my weight and I do yoga everyday in the morning and this is my routine regularly for 3 months but my weight is not so doctor please help me what can what can I do to lose my weight
