I am suffering left side back pain
I am suffering left back side pain since last 10 days and also having some burning feeling in left leg

Paraspinal muscle spasm is giving you the pain in your back but since your pain is radiating down to the leg so it seems like nerve is getting compressed (may be because of PID (slipped disc). But exact diagnosis is possible only when we examine the patient.. Thank you
