I am too slim
I want to become fat, I will be eating more enough but I am not fat , after eating so much also I feel hungry after 2-3 hrs of that , If i want to become Little fat what should I use that should not cause any side effects to me , plz suggest me , Everyday there is scouldings from family that i am not fat.

Eat healthy and think positive.. try taking milk and banana in mornings.. check your thyroid, hyperthyroidism causes weight loss. Do exercises and jogging it'll help your muscles to vain healthy weight. Moreover stay happy and stop over thinking about this, as it will merely make u sad without much results. Your metabolism might be high, so whatever u eat gets digested fast.

eat dry fruits, banana milk and honey milkshake, eggs, mayonnaise, butter. but in a limited quantity. don't keep having junk just to gain weight.

Hi.. Have dry fruits and nuts, bananas, milk daily. Consume dairy products. Increase your protein consumption. Have plenty of healthy fats. Eat more rice, potatoes. Have cheese, paneer etc regularly. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan Regards

Please visit a dietician...also, assess your BMI It's not a wise thing to put on weight just to feel good about a physical stature.Ifbyour BI says that you are underweight,then you take a call on increasing your weight.

Hello. First of all stop taking the scolding seriously as being thin is not your choice. I feel you are not eating calorie dense food, as you said you feel hungry after eating meals.
