For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

I need more information about you for suggesting anything this much is not sufficient you need chat directly and provide all information which i need for planing diet plan like diet recall, likes dislikes, eating habits, medical issues if ut is there..eating out frequency,etc.
