I constantly feel displeased and sad
It's been over 6 months and I constantly feel under the weather, tired and restless at the same time. I've lost appetite and often find myself overthinking every little everyday event. I dislike most people around me, get irritated often and prefer being alone. I don't like this version of me very much, but that's what I end up being every single day.

The factors that you have mentioned does indicate symptoms of depression. However it is important to confirm if it is depression. For depression, it can be due to a certain factor or event that could have happened now or a while ago. It is important to understand this factor or event that led to the depression and work on the same.

As you are finding it difficult to talk to the people around you, you can try speaking to a counselor who is unknown to you and with whom you have the freedom to speak about what's happening. Even if you feel that there is no particular reason for you to feel this way, talking to a counselor will help you to ease your mind and help you to be more calm. You have the freedom to speak about anything that you want to, and it can help you to understand the reason for these feelings, that is if there is a reason.

Hello, With your symptoms it looks like you are suffering from depression. You need CBT +/- medications. And soon u will be out of this. Please give me  more history so that we can draw plan for helping you. Regards Dr.Varinder Kumar

Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help here. Don't worry much....love is something where we should not feel bad if all our expectations are not met. At the same time we should be with someone who loves us...not exactly like the way we expect. You need sometime .....let the Relationship mature.... Let it fall into its natural course. And something more important..... Don't feel the burdened..... You are too young ....that's the reason....the feelings are more premature. Have patience Mam....things will be clear....as time progresses
