I feel sleepy during first half of day
Hi, I am noticing that i feel drowsy and dull throughout the first half of my day (before lunch) and when i sleep for 1.5 hrs after linch i feel fresh in second half till late night (till 1 am) My sleep cycle got modified 6 months ago when i joined PhD and studies increased. I study for long hours. I sleep around 1.30 AM get up late around 9 am.. then sleep for an hour after lunch around 3.30 pm. But no matter how much i sleep at night, i feel very sleepy throughout my first half. What should I do?
