I have anxiety issues
I am bit on heavy side. Though I exercise i feel that I might die of suitain health issues and I have a fear of that. If I feel any kind of pain i get very scared and I cant take my mind of there. I don't know what should I do

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Fear is an outcome of negativity and anxious thoughts preoccuping your mind. As body and mind are interlinked, such emotional disturbance can easily influence body condition by causing sudden weight gain or loss, sleeplessness, digestion issues, laziness, lack of interest, body pain etc. Be positive.
