Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Fear is an outcome of negativity and anxious thoughts preoccuping your mind. As body and mind are interlinked, such emotional disturbance can easily influence body condition by causing sudden weight gain or loss, sleeplessness, digestion issues, laziness, lack of interest, body pain etc.
Be positive. You may need a mindset change excersise or psychotherapy to help you to overcome the mental fear first. Then you can also adopt a weight loss program through alternative therapy, few lifestyle changes, special excersise, dietary changes. As I am psychologists and Ayurveda Wellness coach, can guide through a holistic approach to handle both the issues. Feel free to reach out to me online through Practo app for further detailed evaluation. Be positive. You will be alright soon.
