Whenever my exams approach I am unable to sleep even if I take sleeping pills. I have headache throughout the day. I feel depressed, unable to study and concentrate on my exams. I don't know how to overcome this fear and it has happened in every exam since 1st yr and right now I am in 3rd yr.

Try meditating and diverting your mind to things you love when you feel the headache or any other symptom. Sometimes this might happen repeatedly if the person has some kind of a fear towards exams or any other thing. It's better you stay calm and divert your mind or consult a psychotherapist or a hypnotherapist for faster results

Its an ideal case of examination phobia. Start taking propranolol under supervision of a psychiatrist. Start with Betacap TR 20 mgm which can be increased to 40 mgm. Start doing yoga , relaxation exercise. Still if you dont get adequate relief antidepressants and clonazepam can be started apart from behavior therapy.
