I have mild slip disc problem in L5/S1
My delivery in last december. after dis i m suffrng from lower back pain bt last 10 april suddenly very severe pain in my lower back . my mri and xry report is i m suffrng from mild herniated slip disc problem in L5/S1.

First of all o would appreciate if you attach a report to suggest you the right kind of exercises Until then see what increases your pain forward bending or backward bending Usually the disc prolapses posteriorly, and if that's the case avoid forward bending Lay on your stomach with elbows propped up Avoid taking weight but do not go for a complete bed rest I can send you the pictures and exercise regime but need your reports first
