I have Neck pain
I have neck pain and it started growing down to back pain. What should I do to get rid of this pain.

Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Your pain could be related to posture or otherwise...for which detail examination is required....posture related pain could be due to faulty neck positions for  prolong period of time...and thats a common complaint of many young people of IT company. Other causes could be trapezius muscle spasm or early stage of cervical spondylysis for which xray and physical assessment is required.

May be its stiffness of muscles.Its a common complain who are working in IT profession.You should follow ergonomics, sit with proper support take break every one hrly move around and do some neck warm up exercise during office hrs. If u r doing work from home than sit in proper position. make habbit like using ear phone during calls. Permanant solution is exercise.

Do hot formatation 15 mins twice a day.Do some stretching strengthening exercise twice a day.Don't lift heavy weight.Reduce the usage of electric gadget for somedays..
