I have pain near lower jaw bone
N im unable to open mouth properly n eat food from past 3days...its left side of ear n mouth n it pains when i start eating food my mouth completly not opens

You seem to be suffering from temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction secondary to dental problems. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days with soft diet, painkillers, hot compresses etc. You need to consult nearby dentist or maxillofacial surgeon
