  3. I have pain near upper hip. What to do?

I have pain near upper hip
I am 35yrs old female,have done mri for lumber spine and result is (disc bulge,annular tear with central disc protrusion at L4-L5 disc causing mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing with no significantexisting/traversing nerve root compression. Disc bulge with central and left paracentral disc protrusion at L5-S1 disc causing moderate bilateral neural foraminal narrowing (L >R)with significant compression over left S1traversing nerve root. Kindly suggest what to do?
