I have some questions about keto diet
Hi, i am planning to go on a keto diet but i am afraid that my body burns fat at the wrong area. For example: what if my upper body fat reduce a whole lot but the lower part of my body only reduce a little? Will this happen? Thanks a lot for answering :D , i am quite worry abt this.

Keto diet is a high fat low carbs diet. It is basically a 4 week plan and one can be on keto diet for maximum 3 months not more than that. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello practo User, No, that not possible.   Normally with keto diet lower body reduces. See, these fancy diet are not good for anybody. They are originated for different purpose. These ( keto / paleo diet) have many side effects Headache Irregular period Fatigue Dizziness Loss of confidence Low carbs flex Body pain Osteoporosis Vitamin and minerals deficiency High cholesterol And many. That is why being a dietician ,we won't recommend these diet to any body. We have an alternative diet to reduce obesity without causing any deficiency . We treat the cause of obesity See, there are many reasons of not reducing weight. 1. PCOD 2. Endocrine disturbance ( thyroid/ Diabetes) 3. Psychological problem 4. Low metabolism rate 5. Stress 6. Effect of medication 7. vitamin deficiencies 8. Bad eating habits 9. Sedentary Lifestyle and physically inact ive 10. Post pregnancy Many more First we find the cause of causing obesity  and then treat that cause Second , increase the metabolic rate Third, treat the deficiencies cause due to obesity Four, if all the cause, deficiency and metabolic rate is treated , you will start shedding weight. u can follow diet with excercises..... u can take high protein low carb diet ...
