I live very healthy but cant lose weigh
43 years old female 65 kg. i dont eat junk food,drink. i hate sweet foods. i walk 15 kms fast mode. i dont drink coffe or sweet drinks. Still i struggle to lose weight.. i need to be 57 kg i couldnt reach that. i dont have sugar or thyorid problem. What is my problem
