Hi, Any supplement is balanced with macronutrients like carbohydrate, Proteins and fats and micronutrients like vitamins and minerals. Thus it is recommended to be added to milk and taken morning and night about 2 tablespoon each. Kindly avoid adding table sugar to milk as it will increase the carbohydrate content of the diet leading to obesity.
