Last year two time faced same issue. Last week I had feeling of fever nose burning and taken blood test its says same issue so please help me clear this.

It's nothing to be concerned about. Once u get Typhoid fever then all life you will get a titer of 1:80 or so in your blood tests.
Only 1:160 and above is significant. Cause of your fever may be something else for which evaluation is nessary. I will need some more info.
