Hi,
I'm 32 now. I've been through lots of rough phases. I have attended 3 different consulatation on different phases till date. Now, I don't have job, and my latest relationship, which I was too serious about, broke me like hell. I'm very strong mentally but in recent days I'm losing my strength. Last 7-8 months I'm unemployed and I lost my job suddenly with no clue, as the project ended by client (I'm a IT professional last 5yrs approx, was staying outstation). We're middle class family and I've big/giant dreams with principle. I'm very straight forward and outspoken person. Over the last few years I've tried and controlled my anger until recent days. Now, my problem is my thought process been blocked, can't think clearly, feeling depressed, don't know what I really like to do, getting confused on almost every subject. Can't focus on practicing my writings/professional study or anything. What should I do?

In such condition you need to calm yourself and try to cop up from this bad phase.
It is natural in life there are two phase in life good and bad.
So please try to understand yourself by doing favourite activities such as spending time with your family, friends.
Do meditation and yoga.

Hello, I understand going through a setback and trying to rise again is difficult. Currently talking to a psychologist so that they can help you deal with your stress, emotional concerns and how you can effectively. Secondly, making sure you are eating and sleeping enough. Thirdly, taking one day at a time & choosing your thoughts wisely
I hope the above helps.
Next Steps

What would you do if you knew that this is just a passing phase and a beautiful future awaits you ?
What would you do if you were not afraid ? afraid of any eventuality including setbacks ?
What would you do if you knew that you would never fail ? if you knew that these temporary roadblocks only lead you to your true calling ?

Here is a breathing exercise that could help you :
You may do this in the night once you have finished with your tasks for the day :
Inhale slowly to a count of four - hold your breath to a count of four - exhale slowly to a count of eight. Repeat this ten times. You may do this also in the morning before you begin your daily routine.
Gently massage the back of your neck and the base of your scalp when you lie down to sleep. We literally tend to carry a lot of strain on our shoulders.
Whatever you feed your mind through your sense organs have an impact on your psychological and emotional well being. Be conscious of this. Take care of the content you feed your mind - the kind of books you read, the websites you visit, the kind of music you listen to, the kind of food you eat, the kind of company you keep ( "You are an average of five people you spend most of your time with" )
Please set aside time for exercise daily and try to eat healthy every time.
