Hi weight gain is a process where you need to have have a good calorie intake with proper exercise regimen.. However increasing your calories with fatty foods or fried foods wnt help you much.. You wil have to increase your meals and opt for high caloric healthy foods like nuts and dry fruits. Also having a proper exercise plan is essential. Contact me if you want a persolised diet plan.
