I m 66kgs now, I am too week ,i want to reduce weight ,become fit and become stronger nd energized ,I need a diet and routine plan. I go to the gym Please guide me

beside taking high fibre low fat diet devided into 5 meals, keep proper hydration,sleep well and keep yourself stressfree. do regular physical activity of your choice for 1 hr daily

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
