Sir can you suggest me a diet.. i have a terrible routine to eat... tbh after my last break up a year ago i barely used to eat in a day i lost 25 kgs in 3months due to these, at that time i primarily used to drink and smoke after that few days ago i discovered this problem.. i want improve my diet and get healthy now sir plz help. I was 104 then now i am 75. Hieght 5.4feet.
