Hi, to increase weight, you will have to increase your daily food intake by having 6 -7 meals everyday , after every 2 hours. Add one more extra chapati as well as rice to your lunch & dinner. Besides a healthy breakfast,lunch and dinner, have 3- 4 in between meals snacks like dry fruits, cheese sanswiches, milkshakes, groundnuts, corn , dhoklas, idlis, pastries, etc. Add one sweetdish after lunch & dinner.
