Hi, Such tablets may give you temporary results but may harm your health in the long run. Weight reduction is highly dependent on your overall diet and exercise.Tablets are easy short term ways to lose weight, but once you stop using them, your weight will bounce back. For a sustainable weight-loss it is important to make necessary lifestyle modifications and correct diet changes. Consult a qualified dietitian for a detailed diet chart and counseling.
