I want to reduce my weight I am 68 Years
I want to reduce my weight and tummy. I am 68 years old and my weight is 80 Kgs. I get up and have one glass of warm water with lime honey Tulasi leaves along with Pudina leaves and also my regular excercise in the morning and I have my Tea with Jaggery after I come back from my regular walk and excercise.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
