You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

As per your height, your normal weight should be around 70-75kg so I cannot recommend you to lose weight. Rather if you have an abnormal weight distribution making you look fat then you can go for some regular exercise along with a balanced diet.
Next Steps
walk for 45 minutes daily (in breaks). have salads before lunch and dinner. take 2-3 servings of protein sources daily. eat a fruit daily. sleep for 6-8 hours peacefully.
Health Tips
losing weight is not as beneficial as converting your fat mass to muscle mass, as it will increase your body strength and improve your work potential.
