Don't skip your meal take your meal in 2 hours of interval of time, take low fat high fiber diet in your diet more glvs should be included​,water intake should be 4-5 ltrs

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
