I Would Like to Know For Sure
My doctor is telling me that you have to be 21 to see a gynecologist in CA, but I've been informed by many other people saying that as soon as you've had sex you should be seeing one. I've looked online and it says a girl should start seeing one within 13 and 15. So I was really wondering what is the truth in all this.

You should consult a gynaecologist as soon as you are trying to be sexually active.
As you need to get yourself immunized against cervical cancer and also after you bcom sexually active as you need to get a pap smear done
