Vit C found in citrus fruits,potato,carrot,aamla,are good immunity boosters. Papaya,gauva,grapes are also immunitybiosters. Giloy or guduchi or Tinospora cordifolia is also good immunity booster. Ashwagandha,lemon,pepper,are also immunity boosters.

Dear practo user, its important to understand why she wants to take immunity capsules. If she's having well balanced diet, food will take care of all body requirements. Apart from that still if she's feels low immunity and she's prone to get  infection then detailed blood screening is needed to understand the underlying cause.
