ADHD starts in childhood with symptoms of Hyperactivity and inattention which subsides at the age of around 15 years but few may continue the illness with the symptoms of inattention and impulsiveness. If you didn't have ADHD symptoms in childhood then it is not ADHD and you need detail evaluation by a psychiatrist again to confirm diagnosis. Then only one can help you in treatment. All the best
