Instead of eating 3 big meals,, eat 5-6 small meals a day, which will help to control your hunger, stop eating all junk foods, bakery foods or oily goods, stop using added sugar to your any drinks. Add more fruits and vegetables to your daily food, avoid decrease amount of rice you take.
