I am a 24 year old office going female, height 5' 3". My current weight is 72 kgs.
I have gained almost 15 kgs in 1.5 years. I have joined swimming about a month back but still my weight doesn't seem to go down. I have a lavish lifestyle & it is very difficult for me to have a controlled diet. Is there a medical way to lose this weight?
