Increasing weight
My weight is increased after marriage from 83kg to 96 from past 4 years I have gained 13kg. I will travel 3to4 days in week in bus, train or car. Belly fat is more my waist turned 32 to 36 inches, please guide me how to control my increasing weight, we’re my face chin of become fat

Hi Have your dinner early and keep it light. Drink plenty of water everyday. Eat less rice, potatoes. Avoid outside food completely. Also avoid fried food and sugar. Eat plenty of fibre rich foods. Exercise regularly You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you Regards
