Best part of indoor cycling is that it is not weather dependent and you can do it as per your convenience. Only point to be remembered is that you should on exercise after a full meal. Regarding the time,start with 20-25 min,then increase the time and speed gradually within the next 15 days. Do not attempt to do more than your body can handle.

Regularity is more important than time.30 min 6 days a week is better than an hour irregularly once or twice a week.
It totally depends on your routine. Start with minimum time as much you can tolerate and increase gradually. Before workout make sure you consume 1 fruit with some nuts to avoid any any weakness. Post meal followed by 1 katori unflavored Greek yoghurt with 1 date.
This indoor cycling can be done as any other excercise,and on empty stomach. There should be 1 hr min.gap between eatingfood and excercise.
Regarding food type u can take any food which includes 50 percent of vegetables,raw,cooked.which gives the best vitamins and minerals daily.
Eat 20percent carbohydrate ,25percent proteins Dal,greengram,horsegram,and5 percent fat,in total meal.

You can surely have a pre workout meal like any fruits or nuts or a smoothie and do not eat anything while the workout . But surely you can hydrate during the workout as hydration is very important.
