Naturolax isabgol husk powder has any side effects?? especially for getting pregnant? does it help in loosing weight?

This is a laxative products ,so not directly related with weight loss. In pregnancy always go with doctor's & about Nutrition Dietitian' Advice but no other sudden foods. In general anyone can take for laxative function.
