Insufficient sleep and related issues
Can't sleep well in night or day at all. Over thinking and nervous always. Panic and Anxiety continues whole day. Keep thinking of the worst in such troubled times. Feel probably having fever sometimes. Get chill, shivers and feel heat sometimes. Sweating behind neck and in temples sometimes. Worrying has become a second nature, can't concentrate, or focus. Feel the worst for me and my family. Feel the worst disease may hit me. What will happen to me and my family?? What is the future going to be?

I can understand how it feels in situation like this. But just think...if something has to happen it can happen anyways. There are so many people who die of heart attacks and road accidents but we can't stop going out or can't stop living thinking about it.
Next Steps
Life must go on... Try thinking in productive ways, engage yourself in activities that you like. If you can exercise a bit, it will give you lot of positivity.
Health Tips
Keep yourself as much occupied as possible. You can ask for an appointment if you need more one on one discussion personally. Don't worry, this time will also change soon.

Hello there, The symptoms you mentioned are physiological in nature. The basis of the physiological symptoms in your case is anticipatory and negative thought patterns. I suggest you to consult a clinical psychologist. A professional will help you to break these negative thought patterns and would help you to inculcate healthy thought patterns. As there are too many physiological symptoms it is necessary to settle down the anxiety. You can start practicing meditation or yoga, distract yourself by doing some activities, talk about your problems with your friends or family memebers, note down 3 negative and 3 positive thoughts during the day and listen to some soothing music. These tips can settle down anxiety for some time but you may feel anxious again. To completely eliminate these symptoms you need to work upon those negative thought patterns. But this condition is completely treatable.

I completely understand your feelings.... The most important person is you, who can take care of yourself and your family members... That is possible, only, if you are stable and believe in yourself and hopefully ready to flow with nature... For a detailed discussion and understanding do contact me fir an online consultation...
